How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers. For VIP, group, or cargo services, 48–72 hours notice is preferred. Same-day bookings are accommodated subject to fleet availability — call our dispatch line directly.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. Your driver will be automatically updated if your flight is delayed or early, and will adjust their arrival at the airport accordingly. There is no extra charge for flight-delay waiting time up to 90 minutes.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include monthly invoicing, a dedicated account manager, priority fleet allocation, and volume-based pricing. Contact our team at [email protected] to set up your account — setup takes less than 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 4 hours of departure may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged at the full rate. Corporate accounts have customised cancellation terms.
How do I track my driver or cargo?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a FurahiaTrack link via SMS and email that shows your driver's real-time GPS location. For cargo, a tracking number is issued at dispatch and updated at each checkpoint until delivery.
Do you service routes outside Tanzania?
Yes. We operate cross-border routes to Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and DRC for both passenger and cargo services. International bookings require 48 hours notice and may require specific documentation — our team will guide you through the process.
